inspectiTRAC Data Collector utilizes the inspection/audit/observation templates created in Administrator to ask the right questions during an inspection, audit or observation. Unique data collection forms can be created based on locations, departments, facilities, shifts, persons and more. The setup choices are yours.

The questions are answered within the software and uploaded to inspectiTRAC Manager or your own database or management system for storage and reporting. If you have an ERP, CMMS or SMS , inspectiTRAC includes an API to transfer data directly to each database. There is no need to transcribe hard-to-read handwriting from crumpled paper.

If access to internet or WI-FI is an issue, the Windows-based version works offline. Data is collected & stored in electronic format.
